The initial Assessment is 90 minutes. All other coaching sessions are 60 minutes, although we can make adjustments depending on the clients needs..
how long are your coaching calls?
I begin by listening—understanding your goals, strengths, and challenges—then guide you through our proven three-step process to create a personalized career plan. I’m pursuing certification in Working Genius and Five Voices, two tools that reveal how you work and lead, so we can align your strengths with the opportunities where you’ll thrive.
WHAT IS YOUR COACHING STYLE?
We will fully refund your Assessment if you are not satisfied with our services. However, we do not offer refunds during the Action Plan and Accountability phases.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
We accept up front payments for the Assessment and the Action Plan. However, we can offer monthly payments or pay-as-you go during the Accountability stage.
